Pakistan's fixed-line incumbent PTCL is aiming to stem the decline in its fixed-line customer base with a new fixed-line and mobile bundled offer, as well as some new fixed-line and broadband bundle, according to online media reports. The fixed-line market in Pakistan, in common with so many others, is declining, but PTCL is seeing its subscriber numbers fall faster than those of its competitors.
