Alcatel-Lucent has been awarded a contract by Estonian fixed-line and broadband operator Elion Enterprises to supply its home network management solution in an effort to streamline Elion's triple-play offerings. The solution will help Elion to reduce its operational costs and improve the quality of its triple-play service by providing streamlined and automated installation and customer support as well as sophisticated diagnostic information.
