Former long-distance monopoly operator Entel has said that it sees itself developing as a technology solutions provider for business. Moving further away from its traditional telecoms business, the company has increased its focus on the corporate sector for future income as residential fixed-line revenues fall. Entel is also looking to serve its business clients through a call centre, to be opened in Peru at the end of August 2008.
