Thailand's state-owned telecoms operator CAT Telecom has expanded the reach of its 3G CDMA2000 network capabilities to 51 provinces. The operator, making the announcement in conjunction with the CDMA Development Group (CDG), has outlined a target of 180,000 3G subscribers by the end of the year. This represents an increase of 260% from its existing 50,000 3G customer base.
