Norwegian incumbent telecoms operator Telenor has announced plans to accelerate the roll-out of its 3G mobile broadband offering throughout Norway. Over the course of 2008, the Turbo 3G network will be extended to reach all communities with more than 200 inhabitants. As a result, mobile broadband coverage will be expanded to cover approximately 86% of the population of Norway.
