Comstar United TeleSystems (Comstar UTS) reports that its total broadband subscriber base in regional Russia (those areas it serves outside Moscow) had reached 50,000 on March 21. The company said that the number of broadband residential and corporate subscribers in the regions had increased by 25%, or 10,000 customers since the beginning of the year.
