Comstar Ukraine, a subsidiary of Russia-based Comstar United TeleSystems (Comstar UTS), has launched an interactive digital TV (IPTV) service in Odessa. This is the first commercial deployment of such services in Ukraine. The company also plans to launch a similar service in Kiev before the end of the year.
