After continuous delays to the introduction of Thailand's mobile number portability (MNP) system, the Ministry of Information and Communications has set a new deadline. Mobile operators can now expect to implement MNP in the 'next 1-2 years', a move that has long been anticipated by the country's three main operators, AIS, DTAC and True Move.
