Spanish telecoms operator Telefónica has had its Swiss 3G licence revoked, following its failure to deploy services. According to local news reports, the national telecoms regulator, ComCom, has withdrawn the licence as Telefónica has failed to abide by its terms, namely the requirement to invest in 3G infrastructure.
