Partner Communications, Israel's second-ranked mobile operator, has finally found success from its 3G service offering after struggling to grow its NGN user base as a proportion of its subscriber mix. Latest figures for Q306 reveal that it had 219,000 3G users (or 8.3% of the total), against 165,000 3G users (or 6.4% of the total) over the year.
