Spain-based mobile operator Telefonica Moviles is becoming ever more reliant on the success of its Latin American operations. Its most recent results for H106 saw confirmation of this, with the operator announcing that the region accounted for 50% of total revenues of EUR8.79bn, while in terms of subscriber figures, Latin America accounted for 75%, driven by annual growth of 19.7%, against Spain's 6.6%.
