Russia's competition watchdog, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), has found the country's three leading operators guilty of violating antitrust legislation. MTS, VimpelCom and MegaFon were all found to be setting higher tariffs for incoming calls from some mobile operators' networks than for others. However, the FAS has decided to close the cases against MTS and VimpelCom as the two companies have agreed to set equal tariffs for all operators.
