Association-800, a grouping of Russia's regional mobile operators, has accused the country's three leading companies - MTS, VimpelCom and MegaFon - of charging discriminatory tariffs. According to the association, the three market leaders, which control over 85% of the Russian cellular market, have agreed to raise interconnection fees from other operators to US$0.04 per minute, from a previous rate of US$0.01 per minute. At the same time, they agreed to a tariff of US$0.035 for calls between their own
