Colombian mobile operators could soon find themselves faced with an increasingly challenging market, as they each reach their own saturation levels, leading to the development of new business and investment strategies. Although BMI expects that the overall mobile market will grow by 40% this year, bringing penetration rates past 65%, penetration rates could easily reach 100% by 2010.
