Zain Launching HSPA+

Motorola has announced that it is expanding and upgrading the HSPA network of Kuwaiti mobile operator Zain Kuwait to HSPA+. The network upgrade will offer peak download rates of 21.6Mbps and will also involve enhancements to the uplink rate. Local media had originally reported the proposed network upgrade in August 2009.
