Internet Growth Spurred By More Competition
August 2009 | Industry NewsRingo, a Cameroonian internet service provider that launched in late 2008, has claimed that internet subscription prices in Cameroon have dropped nearly 90% since the start of 2009, reports cellular-news. This is in many ways a staggering claim, especially considering that there is no reason to believe that costs have gone that considerably, and the only change has really been an improvement in competition.
