MTS See High Prices As The Core Problem

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Mikhail Shamolin, the president of the largest mobile operator in Russia and the CIS, MTS, compared negotiations with Apple to bring the iPhone to Russia to negotiations between 'a junkie and a narcotics salesman' because of huge demand for the iPhone in Russia.
