UPC Promoting Broadband

Romanian cable operator UPC Romania is slashing the cost of its broadband service offering half-priced access for six months if a one-year contract is taken out. UPC currently offers three different internet packages, 1Mbps, 10Mbps and 20Mbps, for a monthly fee of RON25 (US$3.88), RON35 and RON60, respectively.
