HTIL Considers Sale Of Partner Communications

Hutchison Telecommunications International (HTIL) is interested in selling off its 51% stake in Israeli telecommunications operator Partner Communications. Three potential bidders have come forward, all local based, and are Suny Electronics (an importer and distributor of Samsung mobile handsets), First International Mezzanine Investors (FIMI) and Eurocom (a communications and investment group).
