Teleport Introduces VOLmobil Service

News: Austrian telecoms operator Teleport, in association with local mobile network operator T-Mobile, has rolled out VOLmobil, its mobile phone service for subscribers in the country, reports daily newspaper Der Standard. Teleport's CEO Peter Raedler announced the launch of the new service on the operator's fifteenth anniversary. Teleport, having a subscriber base of around 40,000, launched its fixed-line services in 2000 in Austria, with initially launching its internet services in 1995.
