September 2010 |Unexceptional growth or operator performances that were within expected ranges in the first half of 2010, coupled with only nominal changes in mobile service ARPU and flat progress in economic and political developments mean that there are no changes in scores to any of the Central Asian markets in BMI 's Business Environment Ratings this quarter. Each of the five countries remain exactly where it was in our last update.
