Clouds Gathering For M&A Shower?

It is starting to look as though the second half of 2010 could be a merger and acquisition (M&A) bonanza for Middle East and African (MENA) telecoms companies. There is a lot of talk of potentially big deals, which could see a great deal of activity and some real changes added to deals that have already taken place. At the same time, BMI has heard this kind of talk before, and it has often come to nothing.
