Tele2 Launches Femtocell Service

Swedish telecoms operator Tele2 has launched a residential telephony service using its mobile network, reports TMCNet. Subscribers to the service, called Hemtelefoni via mobilnatet, will use a femtocell device to receive both landline and internet services at speeds of up to 6Mbps. As many as five devices can be connected to the internet at once.
