Russia To Trial NP

The Russian Ministry of Communications has approved a proposal by the Association of Regional Telecommunications Operators (AROS) to organise a number portability (NP) trial, according to business daily Vedomosti. BMI is hopeful that the trials will boost the case for the full implementation of NP in the Russian telecoms market.
