Huawei Presents Triple-Mode LTE Modem

Chinese equipment manufacturer Huawei Technologies has unveiled its LTE wireless modem, which is compatible with LTE, 2G and 3G networks. The device will be launched in 2010. Tele2 and Telenor will be the first to launch the LTE wireless modem through their joint infrastructure venture, Net4Mobility, in Sweden. BMI believes that the growing interest in LTE in developed markets will result in increased investment in LTE-compatible devices.
