TeleTalk Sets Out 3G Stall With Expansion Plans

Bangladesh's smallest mobile network operator, TeleTalk, has ambitious plans to begin rolling out 3G services even as the company struggles to make much of an impact with its limited 3G network. The initial network roll-out and service marketing expenses are expected to amount to US$211mn; much of the funding would come from the Exim Bank of China, which has signalled its willingness to invest, reports the New Nation newspaper.
