PNBL Proposals Raise Concerns

He also sees the more active role the state would play in the broadband market as a 'market regulator' ensuring a 'balance' in prices of the products offered by private companies. However, Brazil's fixed service operators association, Abrafix, believes the entrance of the state in the broadband market could lead to operators reducing their investments.
