Yulong Expands Handset Output, Partners With APBT

China-based smartphone maker Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) has ambitious plans to become the largest producer of 3G devices for the Chinese market this year, and has launched a new production facility in Guangdong province to help it meet that goal. The company has also allied itself with a Taiwanese operator with the aim of expanding beyond its home market.
