Kenya continues to move closer to achieving an efficient and competitive broadband market that will be able to provide high quality and affordable service to a wide range of customers. The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC), which received a licence to sell wholesale capacity on its fibre network to telecoms operators in H209, has signed three contracts to do just that. This, along with other developments, will contribute to the market's continuing progress towards reliable services and value for money.
