BeST Signs Up One Millionth User

News: Belarusian mobile operator Belarusian Telecommunications Network (BeST) has achieved 1mn users on December 28 2009, reports TeleGeography. BeST, which operates as 'life:)', claims that its customer base increased four times over 2009, giving it around 11% of the total market share by the beginning of 2010. The operator announced that over 100,000 3G users have subscribed within the first few months of its launch of 3G services.
