GTS Looks To Enter Mobile Market

Alternative fixed-line operator GTS Novera is hopeful of acquiring spectrum for GSM/UMTS services when they are awarded in 2010. The operator, a significant broadband service provider, hopes to be able to provide converged services having been interested in entering the mobile market for some time, according to spokesperson Pavel Kaidi.
