Starent Networks is a provider of multimedia core network functions and services to manage and control access from 2.5G, 3G and 4G radio networks to mobile operators' packet core networks. The vendor supplies technology in 3GPP, 3GPP2 and WiMAX networks in addition to technologies such as Wi-Fi and femtocell. In this way, Starent's solutions allow mobile operators to deliver mobile broadband to their subscribers.
