No Surprises From The Fourth Mobile Licence

French telecoms regulator Arcep has awarded Iliad France's fourth mobile operating licence, as BMI along with many other industry observers fully expected it to do. There was some minor concern that the awarding of the licence could be put off again following the receipt of only a single bid, from Iliad of course, but BMI considered this unlikely.
