Neotel Reveals South Africa Broadband Progress

South Africa's second national network operator, Neotel, has revealed that it is making steady, if unspectacular, progress in deploying its mixed-technology broadband network across the country. The operator, which is having to compete with the better established broadband operations of incumbent Telkom SA, is partnering with two of the country's three mobile network operators, MTN and Vodacom, in rolling out affordable broadband services to the three principal regions.
