ETB's Strategic Investor Search Back On

Restrictions on municipal operator ETB's search for a strategic partner have been lifted by the Cundinamarca Administrative Tribunal. In September a Bogotá court ruled that the search for a partner must be suspended following a petition from one of the two unions at ETB. The latest ruling saw ETB's shares jump the highest ever in the company's history, vindicating the company's decision to seek new investment.
