Interconnection Fees Finally Agreed

An agreement has finally been reached over interconnection rates in South Africa. After months of complaints, disagreements, accusations and legal opinions, the three mobile network operators have agreed upon a standard reduced rate, according to the communication minister, Siphiwe Nyanda.
