Copaco Mobile Launch Delayed To 2010

Paraguayan fixed-line incumbent Copaco is to launch mobile services in 2010 according to the company's new president, Marco Esquivel. Earlier expectations had been for a launch before the end of 2009, adding a fourth mobile operator to the market. However, Esquivel states that the company is still in the process of defining the rules for its equipment tender.
