Nokia's Ovi Under Pressure In Brazil

Leading global handset manufacturer Nokia is in the midst of a legal battle over the use of its Ovi brand in Brazil. A local telecoms services company, Ouvi Divulgação e Marketing em Celulares (Ouvi), has taken the company to court saying that Nokia is 'abusing' the Ovi brand in Brazil. Ouvi has used its brand in the country since 2004 while Nokia launched Ovi in 2007.
