Antitrust Concerns Over MIRS Sale

Four companies have reached the second stage of the bidding process for Israel's iDEN operator MIRS, reports Globes Online. The four companies include two that already operate wireless networks, despite the fact that both the Ministry of Communications and Israel's antitrust authority have expressed their opposition to a mobile operator being allowed to take over the firm.
