International Call Rates Reduced

International calling rates from state-owned Etecsa have been reduced to US$1 a minute, reports the Associated Press (AP). The company placed details on its website but did not publish the move in the state's media, according to AP. Further international rate changes are expected for mobile users also although no date or details have been released.
