Ministry Rules On Mobile Contracts

Israel's Ministry of Communication has issued a directive that it hopes should see the competitiveness of Israel's mobile market, reports cellular-news. The ruling relates to the relationship between handsets and mobile contracts. The ministry has decided that customers who buy their mobile handset from a third party should always receive the same benefits as those who have acquired a handset as part of their subscription, from a retailer authorised by their mobile operator.
