Amnet Ends 10-Year Partnership With Racsa

Pay-TV operator Amnet became the first company to be awarded a licence to operate as an internet service provider (ISP) in Costa Rica in June. The company, owned by Millicom International Cellular (MIC), is to start rolling out its own infrastructure leading to the end of its contract with former monopoly Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), the market incumbent.
