Internet To Grow At Double Speed?

Paraguayan incumbent Compañía Paraguaya de Comunicaciones (Copaco) has announced that subscribers will see their internet speeds double at no extra cost. The company is the only operator in the internet market but is set to see competition enter after the regulator announced that the wholesale internet market would be opened to allow new operators to enter. Copaco already announced two decreases in the cost of its internet services in 2009 as it prepares for the entrance of new operators.
