ISPs Smash Through Internet Bandwidth Monopoly

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is to allow internet service providers (ISPs) and DSL operators to acquire internet bandwidth from operators other than dominant fixed-line PTCL, according to local paper The News.
