Very High-Speed Internet Spreading At Not Very High Speed
April 2009 | Industry NewsFrench telecoms regulator Arcep has released its report on the state of superfast broadband deployment and take-up for the end of 2008. The report includes figures on the progress of both fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) and hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC) high-speed offers, and shows that while progress has been made in deployment and making services available, the actual take-up on the part of consumers remains muted.
