Starhub Upgrades To HSPA+

News: According to Cellular-News, Singaporean mobile operator StarHub has started the process of upgrading its mobile broadband network to HSPA+, which is being supported by Huawei Technologies. It is expected that the upgraded network will be rolled-out on a national scale by Q209.
