Cyber Attack Shuts Down 75% Of ISPs

According to Information Warfare Monitor as cited by TeleGeography, three quarters of Kyrgyzstan's internet service providers (ISPs) have crashed due to large scale cyber attacks known as distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. Upstream providers in Russia and Kazakhstan are no longer passing traffic into or out of Kyrgyzstan.
