Sotelco Signs GSM Network Contract With Huawei

News: According to cellular-news, Sotelco, the Cambodian subsidiary of Russian telecoms operator VimpelCom, has contracted Huawei to build a GSM network in Cambodia. Under the agreement, Huawei will deploy a GSM mobile phone network throughout the country over the next five years.
