Optima Telekom To Launch IPTV By End Of Q109

Optima Telekom, Croatia's largest alternative fixed-line provider is intending to launch an IPTV service by the end of the first quarter of 2009. Croatia's Odašiljaèi i Veze (OiV) will provide the transmission infrastructure for the service, and negotiations with content providers are ongoing.
