Indian Company May Be Interested In Iran

Reliance Communication (RCOM), one of the largest telecoms companies in India, may be interested in bidding for Iran's third mobile licence, according to TeleGeography. RCOM has not commented on the story, but Iranian government sources have apparently said that the Indian company, along with firms from Russia, Turkey and Malaysia has expressed an interest in acquiring the licence. Earlier reports suggested that a number of Middle Eastern investors are also interested.
